GOURMET MEAL PREP FAQ:

Service

Q- How do I sign up for a membership?

A- You can sign up for a membership or request inquiries via phone or e-mail.

Q- Where can I view your weekly menu?

A- Our menu is available online at on our website under the menu tab.

Q- When is the deadline to place an order?

A- All orders must be placed by 11:59 pm on the saturday before the meal week.

Delivery

Q- When do I receive my meals?

A- We hand deliver each meal daily, so you know you are receiving a FRESH meal.

Q- How will I know what time my meal will arrive?

A- We confirm all delivery time-frames with the client at the start of the week and each day we deliver to ensure a seamless experience.

Q- I did not receive my meal today. What do I do?

A- We notify all clients up to 4 hours before delivery if we are unable to make a previously scheduled delivery.

Q- I will not be available during a previously scheduled delivery. What do I do?

A- Not a problem! We offer a free rescheduling up-to 24 hours before delivery. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours there will be a $5 rescheduling fee.

Cuisine

Q- How long will the meals stay fresh?

A- Rule of thumb is 3-4 days when refrigerated properly. You can also try putting them in the freezer, so they stay fresh longer.

Q- How do I reheat my meal?

A- If stored in the fridge, we recommend 1 – 3 min on MED – HIGH. This also depends on the microwave and food temperature preference.

Service

Q- How do I book an event?

A- You can book an event or request an inquiry via phone, e-mail, or on our website.

Q- Do you require a deposit in order to book an event?

A- Yes, depending on the size of the event we may ask for a minimum $500 deposit.

Q- If I cancel my booking will my deposit be refunded?

A- Deposits paid for any event are non-refundable.

Q- Are there any additional penalties for canceling my booking?

A- If a booking is canceled within a month of the booking we request half of the money for the booking.

Q- Can I alter my guest count?

A- Once a booking has been confirmed, you may add as many guests as you like up to 72 hours prior to the event, but you cannot deduct any guests.

Q- What is the minimum meal course price per person?

A- There is a $100 minimum per person when booking an event.

Q- What are the menu options?

A- Menu options are tailor-made to suit each event and customer preference.

Q- Do you allow substitutions?

A- Once the event menu is approved by both the chef and the host, no substitutions are allowed.

Q- Is gratuity included in the price of the booking?

A- In a party of 8 guests or more a 22% gratuity is included in the final bill.
